Over the past several months, in partnership with Civitas Strategies, we have had the privilege of facilitating the strategic planning process for Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. Using the proven Finding Your North Star Tm system, the process included a thoughtful assessment of the landscape, engagement of the Board through a Board strategy retreat, and lively planning sessions with Board and staff leaders.
